Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Dean's Office;Greeting and directing visitors; Answering incoming calls and transfer or sendmessages to proper department or staff; Distribute mail; Organize and maintainsupplies in the office and copier rooms; Assist with projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

Must not be interested in applying or currently enrolled inMedical school.

Must be able to lift up to 20 to 30 lbs

Student must be able to comply with the strict Confidentialand Discrete expected in the Dean's Office.

Required Education

Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.

Required Experience

Experience and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience and knowledge of Zoom; customer service skills; professional phone etiquette; and professional, neat appearance.
