Belmont University College of Law seeks a friendly Student Services Assistant to greet visitors, answer calls, and help organize the Law School's front desk. This student employee role supports the Student Services Suite and requires a professional demeanor and reliable attendance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the Student Services Suite

Greet visitors/students and determine their needs

Answer incoming calls and transfer to necessary employees

Distribute mail

Organize and maintain supplies

Assist with projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Must be a self- starter who will maintain a professional, upbeat, and helpful demeanor. You will be the first person that potential applicants and their families meet when they arrive at the law school

Must have Federal Work Study to be considered

Cannot be CURRENTLY applying to law school

Must be able to lift a 20lb box

Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.

Required Experience Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel; customer service skills; professional phone manner and professional; neat appearance.
