Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering in California seeks a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth through consultative, solution-focused sales across new and existing accounts.

You will collaborate with engineering and inside sales to identify applications, develop proposals, and manage opportunities through commercialization. Travel up to 50% and strong cross-functional communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B technical field sales experience with new customer acquisition and solution-based selling.
• Account management experience in manufacturing environments tied to mission-critical industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-specific plans to grow new business and expand existing accounts.
• Lead solution-selling efforts from discovery through quotation, design win, and commercialization.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering and other teams to create differentiated solutions for customers.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data.
• Build relationships with customer organizations across Engineering, Procurement, Operations and executives.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory to meet customers and opportunities.
