Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Territory Manager in California to grow and support a network of independent retail Agents. You will prospect, onboard, and manage partnerships, drive transaction volume, and increase gross profit through new and existing Agents.

Responsibilities include cold calling, face-to-face meetings, onboard training, and coordination with compliance and marketing teams to ensure policies and brand guidelines are followed.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling to local independent retailers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and ability to travel daily.
• Willing to work occasional weekends for events or Agent support.
• Located near or in the assigned territory.

Mansioni

• Prospect, cold call, run face-to-face meetings and deliver sales presentations to close new Agent partnerships.
• Lead onboarding, including application, setup, and training with Agents.
• Drive transaction volume and gross profit through territory development.
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and adjust pricing/commissions.
• Visit Agents regularly to assess performance and strengthen partnerships.
• Provide ongoing support to Agents, including marketing materials and guidance.
• Collaborate with compliance, back-office operations, and marketing teams.
• Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts, including weekend events.
