Zusammenfassung

Ria Money Transfer, INC. is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our network of independent retail agents and drive revenue within the assigned territory.

You will identify, onboard, and support agents to grow Ria money transfer services, delivering value to local businesses and communities. With a focus on building lasting relationships, you will lead onboarding, provide training, and execute local marketing efforts while collaborating with compliance and operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in outside sales or business development in retail, consumer goods, or financial services.
• Proven experience selling to or working with local independent retailers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Able to work occasional weekends for events or agent support.
• Physically able to install small equipment/marketing displays (up to 25 lbs).

Aufgaben

• Prospect, cold call, meet clients, and close new agent partnerships.
• Lead onboarding process with agents, including setup and training.
• Drive transaction volume and gross profit through territory development.
• Analyze market data and adjust pricing or commissions.
• Visit portfolio agents to assess performance and strengthen partnerships.
• Provide ongoing support, marketing materials, and compliance guidance.
• Work with compliance, back-office, marketing to ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in local marketing and community events.
