Job summary

Ria Money Transfer seeks a Territory Manager to represent the company in your region, expanding a network of independent retail agents and driving revenue growth. You will identify, onboard and support agents, conduct compelling meetings, and ensure agents are set up with the necessary tools and training for success.

You’ll travel within the territory, visit partners, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, smooth operations and effective local marketing

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of outside sales or business development experience in retail, consumer goods or financial services.
• Proven experience selling to local independent retailers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, meet and present to potential agent partners (independent retailers, convenience stores, etc.).
• Lead onboarding: application, setup and training for agents to ensure successful integration.
• Drive revenue through territory development and manage activation and transaction targets.
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and adjust pricing/commissions as needed.
• Regularly visit agents to assess performance and strengthen partnerships.
• Provide ongoing agent support, marketing materials, and compliance guidance.
• Collaborate with compliance, back-office, and marketing teams to ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in local marketing and community events.
