First Acceptance Insurance is seeking a Territory Manager to prospect, vet, appoint, and oversee Independent Agencies to drive profitable sales within a defined Northern California territory. This role is fully remote with travel to the territory; home base near Northern California preferred.

You will meet or exceed volume and profitability goals, train agents on products and systems, and use Salesforce to document activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in territory or high-volume sales.
• 2+ years in P&C insurance operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (up to 3 nights/week).

Responsabilidades

• Achieve new business production and written premium targets by managing assigned agents.
• Schedule daily to quarterly activities to meet objectives.
• Solicit and evaluate new agencies for appointment.
• Train agencies on First Acceptance products and processes.
• Review production, quality, and profitability with agents through visits.
• Document visits and communications in Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
