Job summary

Transportation West is seeking a part-time market development support to strengthen client relationships, pipeline, and projected revenue across Southern California. The role is designed as a pilot with potential to move to full-time based on success.

You will work with STV leadership and clients to develop market strategies, coordinate across technical teams, and identify new opportunities, with a targeted 5–7 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Part-time market development experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across client teams and leadership.
• Strong market intelligence and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client-specific market and relationship plans.
• Coordinate engagement across STV leaders and technical staff.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities.
• Improve pipeline accuracy, visibility and accountability.
• Support pursuit strategy, capture planning and proposals.
• Provide market intelligence on client priorities and procurements.
• Support additional Southern California growth priorities as needed.
