CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Market Development Specialist to join our West Coast Infrastructure group, focusing on transportation proposal efforts and strategic business development.

The role emphasizes creating impactful marketing materials to strengthen client relationships and market visibility. You will lead proposal activities, collaborate with technical staff and marketing colleagues, and help execute strategies that drive growth across Civil/Transportation markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant proposal development experience, preferably with California markets.
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign for document layout.
• Experience using CoPilot and other AI tools; CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing-related activities for our Infrastructure sector’s Transportation business line.
• Lead and coordinate proposal efforts from kick-off through submission, ensuring all RFP requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and advocate.
• Collaborate with technical staff, business development, and other corporate teams to deliver high-quality proposals and marketing materials.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
