Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2+ years of SOC, logistics monitoring, fleet management, or related field.
• Experience with telematics systems (Samsara preferred) and case management platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify risk patterns.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with field teams and leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time security operations environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
• Experience in supply chain risk management or logistics security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Samsara platform during assigned shifts in a 24/7 SOC.
• Continuously monitor transportation logistics to ensure safe movement of assets.
• Review and respond to real-time alerts and security incidents.
• Escalate incidents to leadership per established procedures.
• Coordinate emergency response for crashes, route deviations, threats, thefts.
• Monitor route compliance, geofence violations, and operational anomalies.
• Document all incidents in the incident management system.
• Provide guidance to SOC Analysts and ensure smooth shift turnover.
