Global Business Ser. 4u seeks a SOC Manager to lead the Security Operations Center, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and team development. You will drive triage, playbooks, and collaboration with IT and application teams to keep security controls effective.

The role requires strong networking and OS knowledge, concise communication with the CISO, and a track record of building high-performing SOC teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with at least 2 in SOC leadership.
• Strong triage, incident management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and common security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOC with 24/7 monitoring and rapid response.
• Oversee triage, investigation, and resolution within 24–48 hours.
• Develop and maintain SOC processes, playbooks, escalation procedures.
• Communicate incident status and plans to CISO and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and improve SOC capabilities, tools, processes, and personnel.
• Mentor and develop SOC analysts for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and app teams to ensure controls.
• Stay current on threats and technologies to improve SOC effectiveness.
