Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Houston seeks a Security Operations Center Senior Supervisor to lead the 24/7/365 GSOC, safeguard assets, and drive incident response. You will manage a GSOC Analyst team, align with Global Security Standards, and serve as the Crisis Cell's first line of communication.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in security management; you’ll develop SOPs, KPIs, risk mitigation plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen security across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in security management.
• Experience in developing and implementing security strategies, managing risks, and leading security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of all contract security personnel to ensure consistent and effective security coverage.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for security operations across all sites.
• Coordinate with North America Security Leadership to ensure consistent security practices and compliance with Global Security Standards.
• Continuously improve security tools, methodologies, site audit processes, and policies.
• Track KPIs by product area and report performance.
• Support and advise on response to major security incidents and emergencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Lead or support crisis response efforts during significant security events and coordinate with stakeholders and law enforcement.
• Promote security awareness and training programs for employees and contractors.
• Foster relationships with client security managers and stakeholders.
