Qualifications

• Experience in SOC, dispatch, or call-center environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security access systems, alarm feeds, and communications per SOC protocols.
• Acknowledge alarms and dispatch security personnel or responders as needed.
• Coordinate incidents with on-site teams and external responders.
• Compile daily shift, incident, and trend reports per SOC standards.
