Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a SOC Operator in the Boston area to monitor security systems, coordinate responses, and log incidents in real time from a centralized command center.

You will manage CCTV, intrusion alarms, dispatch emergency services, and maintain clear client communications while documenting events for reports and audits. Training is provided where needed, with weekly pay and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in security or call-center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor intrusion detection and other security systems.
• Dispatch emergency services and on-site personnel.
• Log incidents and generate professional reports.
• Monitor CCTV and support investigations as needed.
• Maintain real-time situational awareness and client communication.
• Perform system operations and troubleshooting as required.
