Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.
• Experience in SOC, dispatch, or call center is a plus.
• Comfort with multi-monitor setups and alarm/dispatch software.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain Wisconsin private security license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, emails, work orders, and alarm feeds.
• Prioritize information per SOC protocols and dispatch personnel as needed.
• Coordinate incidents with on-site teams and external responders.
• Prepare daily shift and incident reports; log data and trends.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
