Job summary

Global Asset Security LLC is seeking a vigilant SOC Operator for an on-site role in Marietta, GA. You will monitor CCTV feeds, track officer activity, schedule personnel, and coordinate radio communications to dispatch responders during incidents.

The role requires quick decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced security environment. Working hours are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with potential emergency responses outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a command center, dispatch, or security control room desirable.
• Proficient with CCTV monitoring software and radio procedures.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with strong situational awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication; independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• CCTV monitoring of live video across client sites and identifying suspicious activity.
• Track officer movements, status updates, and patrols using tracking software.
• Schedule officers, manage flex positions, and handle call-outs.
• Maintain clear and professional radio communications with field officers.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents; coordinate with local law enforcement when needed.
• Escalate high-risk incidents to supervisors and document in activity logs.
• Serve as client point of contact during shifts and provide incident updates.
