Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a SOC Operator to monitor security systems, coordinate emergencies, and manage daily SOC activities in a fast-paced environment in Chicago. You will produce shift reports, handle high-volume calls, and guide a team of security officers during incidents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2 years in security or customer service.
• Experience in high-volume call center and dispatch preferred.
• Must be at least 20 years old.

Responsibilities

• Push/Report real-time operational matters to SOC Manager and senior management.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls; monitor emails and dispatch.
• Maintain and review schedules; supervise security officers and payroll.
• Coordinate emergency incidents with Security Team and external responders.
• Acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed; participate in training.
• Develop daily shift reports and SOC statistics; complete incident reports.
