Titan Security is seeking a detail-oriented SOC / Dispatch Operator in Wisconsin to monitor security systems, handle communications, and coordinate emergency response for a major regulated electric and natural gas utility provider.

The role requires strong communication and multi-tasking under pressure, with responsibilities including incident reporting, drills, and daily shift documentation while delivering exceptional service to employees and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a SOC Operator or Security Dispatcher in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in utilities, critical infrastructure, or corporate security operations is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and customer service abilities under pressure.
• Pre-employment drug screen and comprehensive criminal background check; Wisconsin license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security access systems, email inboxes, work orders, channels, and alarm feeds per SOC protocols.
• Acknowledge alarms and dispatch security personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Coordinate emergency incidents with on-site security teams, external personnel, and internal response teams.
• Compile detailed daily shift reports, incident reports, and shift pass-downs per SOC protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal employees, field staff, and external partners.
