Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a qualified SOC Dispatcher to monitor surveillance systems, triage incidents, and coordinate rapid responses from a centralized command point in Kentucky. You will support field officers with real-time information and ensure incident continuity across shifts.

The role requires at least two years in security or emergency communications, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in security, emergency communications, or public safety
• Equivalent combination of experience and education
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong dispatching and incident triage knowledge
• Ability to lead, mentor and support SOC dispatchers
• Proficiency with video management, access control, alarms, and radio systems
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective during high stress situations

Responsibilities

• Monitor video management, alarms, access control systems, and communication channels.
• Receive, triage, and dispatch calls for service in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain situational awareness of all active incidents.
• Support field Security Officers with real-time information and coordination.
