Qualifications

• Experience in utilities or critical infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security access systems, alarms, and communications.
• Prioritize information according to SOC protocols and dispatch responders.
• Coordinate incidents with on-site teams and external responders.
• Compile daily shift and incident reports; support supervision and training.
