Job summary

Allied Universal in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a SOC Operator - Dispatch Center Coordinator to monitor security systems, coordinate responses, and provide professional customer service at a commercial real estate site.

You will maintain logs, dispatch personnel, and support incident handling while adhering to site procedures and regulatory requirements; prior security experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.
• License requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and procedures.
• Monitor dispatch communications, document calls for service, and coordinate responses to incidents.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of personnel, visitors, contractors, and communications.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols and report unusual conditions and access concerns.
