Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a SOC Operator - Dispatch Center Coordinator in Santa Clara, CA for a part-time role. You will coordinate security-related communications, monitor access control, document incidents, and dispatch personnel to protect tenants and employees.

You will deliver professional customer service while maintaining a safe and orderly environment in a commercial real estate setting. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to security procedures.

Qualifications

At least two years of security-related experience required.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
State/county or city-issued security license preferred.
Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses at a commercial real estate location.
Monitor communications systems; receive and document calls for service, dispatch personnel, and maintain incident logs.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
Monitor building systems, cameras, and access control activity; report maintenance concerns and policy violations.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
