Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is hiring on-call Snow Shoveling team members for the winter season at Comstock Park, MI. Base pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, with paid training and a referral incentive. Part-time, seasonal work with flexible scheduling is offered to fit your availability.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation. On-call shifts include nights, days, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
