Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Muskegon, MI is seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members for the winter season. This is a part-time, seasonal role with flexible scheduling to fit your availability and weather-dependent shifts. Base pay is $24–$26 per hour, with paid training.

• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed.
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner.
