Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in St. Joseph, MI is seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members for the upcoming winter season. This part-time, seasonal role offers flexible scheduling and base pay of $24–$26 per hour, depending on experience.

Training is provided to ensure safe, efficient snow removal and adherence to customer specifications. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, with reliable transportation and the ability to work nights, days, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends.
• Complete onboarding training and snow removal safety guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow shoveling and removal as per customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate on-the-job issues effectively to the team.
• Submit hours, activities, and materials promptly.

• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
