Job summary

DJ's Landscape in Lansing, MI is seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members for the winter season. On-site, part-time, and seasonal with flexible scheduling. Base pay ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, with paid training at $18 per hour. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; 18+ years old; no prior experience needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal per customer specifications and safety standards.
• Complete timekeeping and materials documentation accurately.
• Communicate on-the-job issues effectively.
• Maintain safety and operate provided equipment.

Requirements

• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes


• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards


• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise


• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner


• Must be at least 18 years or older


• No experience required


• Driver's license is required


• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work


• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed
