DJ's Landscape Management in Grand Rapids, MI seeks on-call Snow Shoveling team members for this winter. We emphasize growth, training, and reliable scheduling, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Base pay is $24–$26 per hour, plus paid training; this is a part-time, seasonal role with flexible scheduling. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; on-call shifts include nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
