DJ's Landscape Management is seeking a Snow Shovel Driver in Kalamazoo, MI to join our on-call winter crew. You will drive a box truck between job sites and assist with snow removal, delivering reliable service and meeting safety standards to our customers.

Experience is not required; candidates must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and hold a valid driver’s license (or be willing to obtain one). Training is provided. This is a part-time, seasonal role with flexible scheduling.

• On-call work including nights, days, holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites and perform shovel crew duties.
• Complete onboarding, snow removal safety training and learn routes.
• Work safely to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Accurately submit hours, activities and materials

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
