Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Kalamazoo, MI seeks on-call Snow Shoveling team members for seasonal winter work. Base pay is $24-$26 per hour with paid training. Flexible scheduling and a referral incentive are offered.

Qualifications

• On-call snow team member with willingness to work nights, days, holidays and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete onboarding training including snow removal safety and route learning.
• Ability to submit hours and activities accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal per customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively on-the-job issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
