Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members for the winter season. You will drive a box truck to job sites and lead the shovel crew, ensuring snow removal is completed to customer specifications and safety standards.

Base pay is $24–$25 per hour, with paid training and a referral incentive. This part-time, seasonal position offers flexible scheduling to fit your availability and requires 18+ and a valid driver's license or willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or willing to obtain one).
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites and perform shovel crew responsibilities.
• Complete onboarding training for snow removal safety and routes.
• Work safely to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials accurately and timely.
