DJ's Landscape Management in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members for the upcoming winter season. Base pay is $24–$25 per hour, with paid training and a referral incentive.

This part-time, seasonal role offers flexible scheduling, with on-call shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends. No prior experience required; access to reliable transportation and willingness to obtain a chauffeur's license if needed.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older

• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
