Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members for winter operations. Base pay ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, with paid training and flexible scheduling. No experience required, and a valid chauffeur's license is preferred or obtainable.

You will drive a shovel crew in a box truck to job sites and support snow removal with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with the crew, maintaining clear communication on-site,

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
