Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and obtain MDOT license (assistance provided).
• Pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment.

Team Member Benefits

• Base pay of $24 - $26 per hour, depending on snow removal experience

Duration

• Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Drive snow plow trucks to clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots

• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
