Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in St. Joseph, MI is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members to join us this winter.

This part-time, seasonal role offers flexible scheduling and a base pay of $24 to $25 per hour, plus paid training and a referral incentive. Responsibilities include driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites, performing snow removal to customer specifications, maintaining safety, and submitting hours and materials promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Drive the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites.
• Perform shovel crew responsibilities.
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
