Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Michigan seeks on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members for the winter season. Base pay ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, with paid training and referral incentives. This is a part-time, seasonal snow position with flexible scheduling and the ability to work nights, days, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Applicants must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license (or be willing to obtain one). No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
