Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a skilled Business Office Manager to lead our operations in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and at least three years of billing or supervisory experience in a health care business office, with strong Medicaid knowledge.

The ideal candidate will oversee the business office, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive accurate billing and revenue processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a billing or supervisory capacity in the business office of a hospital, nursing home, or other health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead business office operations in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Oversee billing and revenue processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, procedures, laws and guidelines.
