Job summary

McClure Post Acute is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager / Billing & Collections Manager to lead the daily operations of the business office at our California facility. This leadership role requires SNF billing, collections, authorizations, and resident trust account management with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Medi-Cal/Medicaid, managed care, SNF billing, and the ability to supervise staff while partnering with facility

Qualifications

• Previous SNF business office experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Medi-Cal/Medicaid, managed care, SNF billing, authorizations, collections, and resident trust accounts.
• Experience supervising business office staff and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office functions and ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Manage collections and patient/ resident financial services.
• Prepare TARs and maintain accurate records of authorizations and payer information.
• Lead and support business office staff and collaborate with facility leadership.
