Job summary

Nexushm is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee the facility's financial and administrative operations, ensuring accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and top-tier customer service. The role includes managing resident accounts, Medicaid/Medicare billing, and private-pay collections within a SNF setting.

You will coordinate with the corporate office, handle admissions financial paperwork, and supervise business office staff to maintain accurate records and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• SNF BOM or Assistant BOM experience required.
• Working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid and Medicare.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility's financial and administrative operations to ensure accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service.
• Maintain financial files on all residents and ensure documentation is completed.
• Complete daily deposits, process credit card payments and submit to corporate biller for posting.
• Liaise between the corporate office and family members for billing questions.
• Complete therapy verifications by rerunning eligibility to ensure accurate information.
