Complete Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Office Manager to lead our SNF financial operations with excellence. This full-time role requires oversight of billing, payroll coordination, and regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least three years of billing or supervisory experience in healthcare. Medicaid knowledge and SNF regulation familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in billing or supervisory role in health care facility.
• Knowledge of SNF regulations and long-term care guidelines.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicaid Redeterminations, PNA, and resident income.
• SNF experience is required.
