Springside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a full-time, in-person Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our skilled nursing facility. Ideal candidates have SNF billing/collections experience and familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and SCO billing, with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities include AR processing, resident communications about financials, Medicaid pending management, month-end duties, and collaboration with auditors.

Competenze

• SNF billing and collections experience required.
• Must be familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM and SCO billing.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Directs processing of accounts receivable, adjustments/refunds, private and third-party agencies, census information and postings.
• Communicates with residents or responsible parties about financial obligations and paperwork.
• Manages Medicaid Pending and month-end processes, including data entry and census reconciliation.
• Oversees collections for all resident accounts and timely filing of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care/Hospice claims.
• Prepares Past Due Reports and participates in AR review meetings, documents collection activities and cash projections.
• Coordinates with auditors and assists with resolving GL variances.
• Deposits checks and manages Resident Trust Accounts in compliance with state regulations.
