Springside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a full-time, in-person Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our SNF. You will oversee AR processing, billing, collections, and posting, while coordinating with residents and responsible parties on financial obligations.

The role requires SNF billing experience, Medicare/Medicaid PDPM/SCO billing knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; PointClickCare is a plus.

Competenze

• SNF billing and collections required
• Must have completed Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and SCO Billing
• Use of PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook required

Mansioni

• Directs processing of accounts receivable, adjustments/refunds, private and third-party agencies, census information, ancillaries, cash deposits, and posting as applicable
• Communicates with residents/responsible party upon admission and throughout the stay to explain financial obligations and paperwork
• Manages/maintains Medicaid Pending
• Manages all month end processes, including triple check, data entry, edits, and census reconciliation
• Manages AR collections for all due resident accounts; ensures timely filing of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Hospice claims
• Prepares Past Due Report for Administrator and attends AR review meetings
• Documents collection activities and prepares monthly cash projections
• Coordinates documentation for auditors; assists with resolving G/L variances
• Prepares and deposits checks received
• Manages Resident Trust Accounts in compliance with state regulations
• Performs other duties as requested
• Point Click Care experience a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook required
