• Directs processing of accounts receivable, adjustments/refunds, private and third-party agencies, census information, and posting as applicable.
• Communicates with residents or responsible parties about financial obligations and paperwork.
• Manages Medicaid Pending and month-end processes, census reconciliation, and data entry edits.
