Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across assigned Virginia territories, including Lynchburg, Forest, and Brookneal. You will drive sales targets, coach Merchandisers, and optimize displays to energize the shelf.

You’ll partner with store teams, plan data-driven strategies, and ensure compliant, safe operations while delivering top-tier service and growth for iconic brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel within territory
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Background checks and drug test required
