Mondelēz International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across a broad Virginia territory. You will lead Direct Store Delivery, build strong relationships with store personnel, and energize shelves with engaging displays and programs.

This role blends strategy, execution, and people leadership to sustain top-line growth. You will manage a team of merchandisers, plan smart store visits, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering exceptional retailer service

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes
• Driver's license valid in home state
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts
• Lead with Impact: manage a team of merchandisers (FT & PT) from hiring to coaching
• Drive Execution Excellence: flawless rollout of sales priorities in-store
• Consult & Sell: on-site sales consultation and execution of HQ programs
• Plan for Growth: data-driven strategies based on store demographics
• Build Relationships: partner with store personnel for opportunities and service
• Own the Cadence: design and execute a smart store schedule
• Stay Safe & Compliant: adhere to safety and operating guidelines
