• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ program execution.
• Develop data-driven sales strategies tailored to store demographics.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel.
