Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and drive sales across a defined Virginia territory. You will manage and coach Merchandisers, plan strategic growth, and build strong relationships with store personnel.

The role focuses on delivering sales targets through data-driven strategies, ensuring proper display execution, and coordinating with HQ programs. A driver’s license and willingness to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business-process understanding.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50+ lbs occasionally).
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred; drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resources and store cadence to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Stay compliant with safety and company guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships and drive territory growth.
