Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities include in-store representation, excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers, executing merchandising plans per DSD Principles, building relationships with store personnel, rotating stock, and following RTM schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; may occasionally lift over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Pottstown, PA.
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute merchandising needs per DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos (DMI).
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans; work with schedules set by RTM.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM via Salesforce; stay compliant and safe.
