Mondelēz International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, you'll help create a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers.

Join a role that keeps shelves stocked and displays compliant with brand standards, while collaborating with store teams, RTMs, and the Mondelēz DMI initiative.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or obtain GED while learning.
• 1-3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally; physical work.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Denville, NJ; secondary location Oakridge, NJ.
• Schedule includes Sun, Mon, Thurs & Fri.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores following DSD Merchandising Principles; take display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays aligning with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities from the RTM.
• Support seasonal launches and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM via Salesforce.
• Move product safely and maintain compliance with safety practices.
