Qualifications

• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred; ability to lift and move stock.
• High level of professionalism, positive attitude and reliability.
• Comfort with using mobile tools to follow schedules and capture photos.
• Strong communication with store teams and field managers.
• Willingness to work varying schedules and promote brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute merchandising plans and capture display photos per DSD principles
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and backroom staff
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans
• Maintain daily schedules and priorities set by RTM
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility events
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Safely perform lifting and moving of product as required
