Job summary

Mondelez International in the United States is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with a flexible schedule, representing a global snack leader in stores nationwide.

Responsibilities include executing merchandising principles, maintaining brand standards, and collaborating with store personnel to ensure visibility and execution of plans.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising expertise including shelf stocking and display execution
• Strong customer service mindset for store teams and shoppers
• Comfort with mobile tools and apps to follow schedules and capture photos
• Clear communication with RTMs and teammates
• Proactive adaptability to seasonal priorities and promos

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
• Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute merchandising plans and capture display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
• Stock shelves and rotate products to meet brand standards
• Set up promotional displays per RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM
• Support seasonal product launches and events
• Share store-level insights with RTM and retail team
• Move products safely and efficiently in a physical environment
